Senior Connections offers hot, nutritious meals Monday-Friday for people 60 or older, or with disabilities. A contribution of $3.50 per meal is requested, but no one is denied because of inability to pay.

Next week’s menu includes:

Jan. 2: Offices closed for the New Year holiday.

Jan. 3: Roast beef, gravy, rice pilaf, California blend vegetables, wheat dinner roll, fruit crisp.

Jan. 4: Turkey ala king, broccoli, biscuit, frosted cake.

Jan. 5: Porcupine meatballs, roasted red potatoes, cabbage and carrots, wheat bread, tropical fruit mix.

Jan. 6: Fish filet on a bun, tartar sauce, macaroni and cheese, peas, pudding.
