Meals are served at congregate sites throughout Douglas County, and are delivered to homebound individuals. Dec. 19: Baked ham, Au Gratin potatoes, glazed carrots, wheat dinner roll, strawberry shortcake.
Dec. 20: Meatloaf, roasted red potatoes, spinach, wheat bread, peach cobbler.
Dec. 21: Chicken broccoli rice casserole, California blend veggies, 12-grain bread, peaches.
Dec. 22: Rotini, meat sauce, mixed green salad, dressing, green beans, breadstick, frosted cake.
Dec. 23: Offices are closed for the Christmas holiday.
