Elizabeth 'Betty' A. Ford

Elizabeth “Betty” A. Ford, formerly of Brule, passed away quietly and peacefully on Nov. 27, 2011, in Bullhead City, Ariz. after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

It is with much sorrow that we announce the passing of Elizabeth “Betty” A. Ford. She passed away quietly and peacefully on Nov. 27, 2011, in Bullhead City, Ariz. after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Betty was born in Black River Falls, Wis. on Feb. 3, 1931. She was married to Hillis “Bud” Ford on Feb. 24, 1951. Together, they moved from Brule, Wis. to Bullhead City in 1984, where Betty worked for several years at Mohave Community College.

Betty leaves behind her husband of 60 years, Bud; five children, Kerry Ford of Bradenton, Fla., David Ford of Superior, Kathy McClain of Alpena, Mich., Kristin Karimi of Bullhead City, and Jon Ford of Superior; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
