Thur. Morning Ladies
This week the Thursday Morning Ladies League at Nemadji will play the East course. A draw for partners is at 8:15 a.m. with tee times starting at 8:30 a.m. The event will be best poker hand.
The winners of last week’s event with most two putts were Phyllis Sayles and Jean Sellers with seven each.
Low scores were Julie Hines, 45; and Kathy Nelson, 46. Highlight of the day was Jan Gellerstedt’s birdie on No. 6N.
The end of the year banquet and scramble will be Sept. 8. Golfers should sign-up by Sept. 5.
Thur. Night Ladies
Marie Swenson had a score of 27 after throwing out the high and low scores in last week’s event during play in the Thursday Night Ladies League at the Nemadji Golf Course.
Donna Protokowitz scored a birdie on No. 5E.
This week’s play will be a team scramble on the West course.
The league banquet will be held Sept. 1 at the clubhouse.
