WEDDING: Fisher-Blatt

Kacey Fisher of Superior, daughter of Richard and Dalelarae Fisher of Superior and granddaughter of Esther Dalbec of Superior, exchanged vows with Troy Blatt on Jan. 29, 2011, at Cathedral of Christ the King, Superior. He is the son of Joanne Blatt and the late Leo T. Blatt of Superior.

Stephanie Johnson, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor, and Melanie Singleton, cousin of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Tiffanie VanOvermeiren, Danielle McCarty, cousin of the bride, Paula Brostowitz, friend of the bride, Tamara Blatt-Benson, sister of the groom. Ava Fisher and Paige Johnson, nieces of the bride, served as flower girls.

Todd Blatt, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Robert Herrick, cousin of the groom, Cary Gimpel, Andrew Saari, Aaron Dandrea, friends of the groom, Richard Fisher, brother of the bride. Chase Gimpel, nephew of the groom, served as ringbearer.

The bride is a 1995 graduate of Superior High School and graduated from UWS in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She is employed as a customer service representative for City Auto Glass in Duluth.

The groom is a 1990 graduate of Superior High School. He is a production planner for Franklin Foods of Duluth.
