ENGAGEMENT: Grubba-Taylor

Jessica Juel (Sweeney) Grubba of Superior, daughter of Sandy and Brian Sweeney of Superior, will exchange vows with Philip Arthur Taylor on August 27, 2011, at St. Anthony’s Church in Superior. He is the son of Kelly Taylor of Superior and Julie Taylor of Kalispell, Mont., and the late Michael Roney of Montana.

The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Superior High School and is employed as an administrative assistant and office manager for a security company. She is the granddaughter of Kathy Sweeney, the late Jack Sweeney and Len and Genevieve Grubba of Superior.

The groom-to-be is a 1994 graduate of Olathe South High School in Kansas and is employed working construction in the Twin Ports. He is the grandson of Arlan Patterson, the late Virginia Patterson, Bonnie Roney and the late Bud Roney of Montana.

The couple is looking forward to celebrating their wedding day with their children, Dylan Grubba and Lane Grubba-Taylor, along with family and friends.
