Bill and Ruth Germond celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a family gathering.

Bill and Ruth Germond celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a family gathering.

Bill and the former Ruth Wolfe were married June 8, 1946, at Central United Methodist Church in Superior.

Their children are Bill (Vickie) Germond of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Steven (Bobbi) Germond and Eileen (Mike) Wallin of Superior.

Their grandchildren are, William (Wendy) of Austin, Texas and Steven (Krystal) Wallin and Danielle (Tony) Janssen, both of Atlanta, Ga.

They also have three great-grandchildren, William, Analise and Isabella of Austin.
