Jack Link's Sasquatch featured on 'Class of the Commercials' on CBS tonight

Jack Link’s “Messin’ with Sasquatch” advertising campaign upholds its nearly cult-like status among Jack Link’s fans, nearly six years after its introduction.

Tonight at 9 p.m., the ever-popular “Messin’ with Sasquatch” spots will be recognized for its notable comedic twist on beef jerky during CBS’ “Clash of the Commercials,” a countdown of the world’s greatest commercials of all time.

Sasquatch, the irreverent and much-loved brand icon of No. 1 U.S. meat snack brand, Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, is starring in three brand new television commercials this summer. The new spots include new pranks, all-new environments and bigger and better retributions by the unsuspecting Sasquatch.

Among the latest creative is, “Paper Bag Pop,” which showcases two picnickers, who after snacking on Jack Link’s jerky, choose to “feed their wild side” by duping the unsuspecting Sasquatch with a classic paper bag pop joke. Additional ads, scheduled to launch later this summer, also feature a series of sophomoric, yet well-known, pranks.
