Youth basketball tryouts set

Superior traveling basketball team tryouts are scheduled for April.

The cost is $80, which is returned if a child does not make the team. All tryouts are at Northern Lights Elementary School.

April 5

Sixth and eighth-grade boys

5:30 to 6:30 p.m. — current fifth-grade boys trying out for sixth-grade team next year.

6:45 to 7:45 p.m. — current sixth-grade boys trying out for seventh-grade team next year.

8 to 9 p.m. — current seventh-grade boys trying out for eight-grade team next year.

April 7

5:30 to 6:30 p.m. — current fifth-grade girls trying out for sixth-grade team next year.

6:45 to 7:45 p.m. — current sixth-graders trying out for seventh-grade team next year.

8 to 9 p.m. — eighth-grade tryouts were moved to April 12.

April 12

Fifth-grade boys; fifth- and eighth-grade girls

5:30 to 6:30 p.m. — current fourth-grade girls trying out for fifth-grade team next year.

6:45 to 7:45 p.m. — current fourth-grade boys trying out for fifth-grade team next year.

8 to 9 p.m. — current seventh-grade girls trying out for eighth-grade team next year.

NOTE: The eighth-grade girls tryouts were changed due to choir trip.
