Tony G. 3-on-3

The Tony G 3-on-3 will be held April 16-17 at the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Divisions include boys/girls and men/women. Last year’s event drew more than 90 teams.

Tony Gigliotti was a 2001 graduate of Superior Senior High School. He was a legal studies major at UWS when he was killed in a car accident near Sandstone, Minn., on Jan. 9, 2005.

Proceeds will go to benefit the Tony Gigliotti Memorial Foundation Scholarship at UWS.

The event also partners with the Superior Animal Rescue Federation and the Lance and Billy (Don Leighton and Mike Granlund) “Hunger Takes No Holiday” campaign, which is attempting to collect $20,000 and two tons of food for distribution in our area.
