Truck kills wheelchair-bound man in Green Bay

GREEN BAY (AP) — A 20-year-old man who was in a wheelchair when a pick-up truck hit him in Green Bay has died.

Police say the driver hit John Kennedy's wheelchair from behind, knocking him to the ground at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday

Police say the driver looked at Kennedy and drove away.
