Noonan notches 4 wins; Ford, Eisenmann win 3 times
Team Duluth wins dual match over Superior 99-83
The Superior High School boys swimming and diving team opened its season with a 99-83 loss to Team Duluth Thursday evening in the SHS pool.
Jacob Noonan was a four-time winner for the Spartans, finishing first in the 200 and 500 freestyle races and as a member of the 200 free and 400 free relay teams.
Noonan won the 200 in 1:58 and the 500 in 5:34.45. Mason Ford won the 50 free in 24.16 and George Eisenmann won the 100 free in 54.40.
Ford, Noonan, Scott Kvam and Eisenmann won the 200 free relay in 1:37.67 and Ford, Noonan, Ian Walker and Eisenmann won the 400 relay in 3:41.58.
The Spartans will compete in the Rhinelander Invitational at 1 p.m. Saturday.
