Passolt to captain NIU golf team

Former Hayward Hurricane golfer Kelsie Passolt was recently named captain for the Northern Illinois University women’s golf team.

Passolt, fresh off the 17th best score of 60 players in mid-August at the Minnesota Women’s State Amateur Championship division, qualified as the No. 1 player this fall for Huskies, a NCAA Division I team.
