Louis Andrews of Superior may be the luckiest guy alive. He knows he’s lucky to be alive after he collapsed at the Superior-Douglas County YMCA and no less than three people came to his rescue to perform CPR until the ambulance arrived – including one who had collapsed at the Y and been offered aid by bystanders two years ago.
