In conjunction with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department, the Superior Telegram will be providing information on offenders sought by law enforcement. There are more than 3,000 active warrants in Douglas County, for everything from sex assault to failure to unpaid fines. The sheriff’s department has winnowed down the list to their “most wanted.”
If anyone has information on these offenders, they can contact the tip line at (715) 395-1230. If they know exactly where an offender is at the moment they call, however, they are asked to call 911.
The following offenders have active arrest warrants:
Scott Richard Katzmark, 49, is sought for delivery of narcotics, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver non-narcotics and possession of meth. A confidential informant working with the Superior police purchased prescription drugs from Katzmark twice in September, according to the criminal complaint. Following the buys, police executed a search warrant at Katzmark’s residence on Sept. 10 and found marijuana in the kitchen, prescription medications in the refrigerator and hundreds of dollars in cash, the complaint stated.
Police found more than a dozen different prescription drugs were found in the home, along with 87 grams of marijuana and less than a gram of meth. Katzmark made an initial appearance in court in March, waived a preliminary hearing later that month, but failed to appear for arraignment in April. At that time, a warrant for his arrest was issued. Katzmark is a white male with brown hair and eyes. He is 6-foot-3 and weighs 235 pounds. His birth date is Dec. 29, 1960.
Shanen Charles Ingles, 27, is accused of two counts of delivery of marijuana stemming from two drug buys in April 2009. A confidential informant working with Superior police purchased one-quarter of an ounce of marijuana from Ingles in his motel room, the complaint stated. While there, the two discussed a larger purchase. A few days later, the informant purchased half a pound of marijuana from Ingles. As payment for getting the marijuana, the complaint stated, Ingles took approximately half an ounce for himself. The criminal complaint was filed in April. Ingles failed to make an initial appearance, despite two summons The warrant was issued last month.
Ingles, also known as Shanen Disberry, is a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is 5-foot-5 and weighs 130 pounds. His birth date is Aug. 21, 1982.
