Richard Morisett Jr., 34, will reside at 8080 State Highway 35 in Foxboro, according to a notice released by the sheriff’s department.
Morisett was convicted of two counts of two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child on Nov. 6, 1998. He was also convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child in 1996. In both cases, he was convicted after performing oral sex on 6-year-old girls known by him, according to the sheriff’s department.
Morisett is 5-foot-9 and weighs about 130 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Summit Town Hall on Milchesky Road.
