GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — The former president of the Green Bay Swim Club has been charged with stealing about $27,000 from the organization.
Vicki Patterson of Green Bay was charged late last week with two counts of theft of more than $10,000.
The 36-year-old has been in the Brown County Jail since March on a probation hold stemming from a prior fraud conviction.
The criminal complaint says Patterson admitted to stealing the money. It says she acknowledged there might be even more money involved.
The complaint quotes her as saying she used most of the money for her Wisconsin Baby Expo business.
Online court records didn't list an attorney for Patterson on Monday.
WLUK reports that Patterson is scheduled to make an initial appearance May 18.
