Body found in search for 2 missing snowmobilers

The two Appleton snowmobilers have been missing since Saturday.

MENASHA, Wis. (AP) — Divers searching for two missing Wisconsin snowmobilers have found a body in Lake Winnebago in Menasha.

Winnebago County Sheriff's Lt. John Zimmerman confirmed just before 5 p.m. Monday that one body had been found, but declined to say whether it was that of 30-year-old Keith Ebben or 29-year-old Jay Luniak.

The two Appleton snowmobilers have been missing since Saturday.

Calumet County sheriff's authorities say Ebben and Luniak last spoke with anyone about 6:30 p.m. Saturday when they were eating dinner at the Vinland Still and Grill south of Neenah. They said they planned to go snowmobiling in the Neenah-Menasha area later that evening.
