Figueroa-Berchild

Sarah Figueroa of Fremont, Calif., and Aaron Berchild of San Francisco exchanged vows Oct. 2, 2009, at Piedmont Community Center in Piedmont, California.

The bride is the daughter of Kathleen and Raymond Figueroa of Milpitas, Calif. Richard and Bonnie Berchild of Superior are parents of the groom.

Friends of the couple served in the wedding party. Barbara Jean Becker was the maid of honor; Eon Hill served as a bridesmaid; and Zack Swanson was best man.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of American High School of Fremont, Calif., and a 2004 graduate of Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and is an art director at IBM in Morgan Hill, Calif.

The groom in a 1997 graduate of Superior Senior High School, and 2005 graduate of Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He earned a bachelor’s degree in two-dimensional animation and is an art director at Rock You Inc., in Red City, Calif.
