Superior Police announced today the arrest of a man suspected in the Oct. 12 armed robbery at Schultz’s Sports Bar.
Richard C. Hollenbeck was arrested on a charged of armed robbery around 11:15 a.m. Oct. 13.
Hollenbeck made an initial appearance Oct. 15 in Douglas County Circuit Court today where his bail was set at $5000 cash.
This morning a preliminary hearing was held in Douglas County Circuit Court, where Hollenbeck was bound over for further court proceedings. Hollenbeck remains in the Douglas County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
His next court appearance (arraignment) is scheduled for Dec. 18. The investigation into this armed robbery is continuing.
In Wisconsin, armed robbery is a Class C Felony punishable by a $100,000 fine and 40 years prison.
