Spanish Mass

The Congregation of Holy Assumption Catholic Church, 5601 Tower Ave., offers its first Spanish Mass for the Hispanic Community in the Twin Ports area at 11 a.m. Sunday Fellowship and refreshments follow.

Meals

St. Alban’s Church holds its annual chili supper 4:30-7 p.m. Wednesday in the fellowship hall, 1510 New York Ave. The menu includes mild and hot chili, crackers, coleslaw, beverage and dessert. Take outs available.

King’s Men meet at 6:30 a.m. Thursday at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 820 Belknap St. Each month, the group meets for breakfast, fellowship and a presentation. A free will offering is received for the meal and the morning is complete no later than 7:30 a.m. The speaker is Jenny Carey. All men of the community are invited. Call ahead at 392-4731 if possible, but drop-ins are welcome.

Pet blessing

Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 1924 Wyoming Ave. in Billings Park, holds a “Blessing of the Pets” service Sunday. People are invited to join us outside with their animals for a brief service and a blessing of individual pets. Call the church office at 394-3472.
