Failure to yield to a pedestrian at a controlled intersection, first offense: $175.30 and four demerit points.

Failure to yield to a pedestrian at a controlled intersection, second offense in one year: $213.10 and four demerit points.

Failure to yield to a pedestrian at an uncontrolled intersection: $232 and four demerit points.

Passing a vehicle stopped for a pedestrian: $326.50 and three demerit points.

Pedestrians can also be fined for sudden movement into traffic: $162.70.
