Schultz-Phillips

Karlee Schultz, daughter of Pam and Cliff Schultz of Foxboro, exchanged vows with James Phillips on July 18. He is the son of Diane and Robert Phillips of Byron, Mich.

The couple was married at Bethel Lutheran Church, Superior, with pastor Gary Garnatz officiating.

Megan Corbin of Minneapolis served as maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Gina Montano of Superior.

Lee Beard of Harland, Mich., served as best man. Don Phillips of Durand, Mich., brother of the groom, served as groomsman. Cody Phillips, grooms nephew was ringbearer. Emma Phillips, grooms niece, was flower girl. Jeff Schultz, bride’s brother and Bob Phillips, groom’s brother, served as ushers.

Music was provided by Jamie Hunter, pianist and Brian MacDonnell, singer.

A reception was held at the Nemadji Golf Course.

The bride wore her mother’s wedding dress and a necklace her great great-grandmother, great-grandmother and grandmother wore on their wedding days.

The couple will take a wedding trip camping along Lake Superior and Lake Michigan.

The bride is employed by McLaren Hospital in Flint, Mich. The groom is employed by Vic Canever Chevrolet in Fenton, Mich.

The couple will reside in Durand, Mich.
