Kristy Marie Fudally, 27, 2631 N. 31st St., third offense operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration, no contest plea, 80 days jail, Huber work release granted, $1,977 fine, 27-month driver’s license revocation, alcohol assessment and ignition interlock ordered; third offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving too fast for conditions and operating left of center line, dismissed.

Mark A. Johnson, 44, 7622 Hughitt Ave., operating a commercial motor vehicle without a license amended to no valid driver’s license, no contest plea, $186 fine.

Jacob Matthew Baker, 33, Solon Springs, second offense operating while revoked, no contest plea, 40 days jail, $450 fine, six-month driver’s license revocation; two additional counts operating while revoked, bail jumping, dismissed.
