Nicholas Allen Mattson, 17, 1926 E. Second St., No. 1, hit and run attended vehicle, deferred judgment of conviction terminated, one year probation, pay $3,667 restitution and $300 fine.

Derrick Wade Kastern, 23, fourth offense operating while revoked amended to no valid driver’s license, no appearance, found guilty by default, $350 fine.
