Tara Christenson and Scott Betlach were married on June 27, 2009, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Madeline Island, La Pointe, Wis., with Fr. Michael Haney officiating.
Parents of the couple are JoAnn Dolce from Altoona, Wis., Ted Christenson of Superior and Jon and Marilyn Betlach from Owatonna, Minn.
The maid of honor was Tammy Christenson, best man Jeff Betlach. Ushers were Chad Betlach and Jonathon Frost. Greeters were Christopher Frost, Alexander Frost and Lindsay Betlach.
Tara received her masters of science in teaching from UW-Eau Claire. She is currently a reading specialist for the Altoona school district in Altoona, Wis.
Scott received a bachelors degree in advertising sales from UW-Eau Claire. He is currently the owner of Green Valley Lawncare and Landscaping, Eau Claire, Wis.
