Glen and Mila Carlson celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 8 with a gathering of friends and family. Glen and the former Mila Swang were married Aug. 8, 1959, in Superior.
Their children are Vicki and Jeff Anderson of Brainerd, Nancy and Dennis Ross of Proctor, and Tammy and Dave Anderson of Superior. They have 10 grandchildren.
Glen is retired from the U.S. Steel Plant. Mila is retired from private daycare.
