Two teens who egged vehicles belonging to three Superior High School coaches over Christmas break will spend the next year on probation.
Drew Steven Tarnowski, 19, pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property related to the incidents Monday in Douglas County Court.
Jacob Regner, 19, pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property as a party to the crime on Monday.
The teens confessed to throwing eggs at the homes and vehicles of Kris Leopold, Bob DeMeyer and Bill Gedde on Dec. 27 and Dec. 29.
As a condition of their probation, both young men must pay $633 restitution, write apology letters to the teachers and attend a meeting with the victims. Both Regner and Tarnowski were ordered to pay a $25 fine for each offense. If they successfully complete their probation, the charges against them will be expunged.
