Joseph E. Steven John Sojka, 29, Duluth, obstructing an officer, carrying a concealed weapon, guilty pleas, two years probation each count concurrent with conditions of seven days jail, pay $3,500 restitution, pay fine, costs and surcharge totaling $322, maintain absolute sobriety, undergo chemical dependency evaluation and follow recommendations or continue with treatment; theft, dismissed but read in for sentencing.

Corey Christopher Isaacson, 32, 1627 Baxter Ave., disorderly conduct, no contest plea, 20 days jail, fine and court costs totaling $350; lewd and lascivious behavior, resisting an officer, dismissed.

Bryce Rendell Brittan, 21, 1102 Fisher Ave., disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon, no contest plea, 30 days jail with Huber work release granted, $300 fine.

Dallas Blake Henry Doolittle, 20, 1818 Iowa Ave., forgery, party to the crime, no contest plea, two years probation with conditions of 90 days jail with Huber release granted for work and work search, $1,000 restitution ordered, pay court costs of $123; seven additional counts of forgery, party to the crime, dismissed.

Brandon Lee Belisle, 28, Webster, possession of a firearm by a felon, guilty plea, six months jail with Huber work release granted, may serve in Burnett County if at no cost to Douglas County, fine plus court costs totaling $753.
