St. Louis County Sheriff Ross Litman speaks at the Government Center in Superior Thursday afternoon during the Twin Ports Law Enforcement Memorial Ceremony. Representives from Wisconsin and Minnesota, including Superior Police Chief Floyd Peters, seated behind Litman, took part in the ceremony to remember officers killed in the line of duty.
