Thursday, Superior: A joint concert with the UWS Jazz Ensemble raises money for the UWS Jazz Scholarship Fund, Manion Theater on the campus of UWS at 7:30 p.m. Cost is $8 and $5.

Friday, Duluth: Spaghetti dinner fundraiser and silent auction for Kari Hart who has gall bladder cancer runs 5-7 p.m. at Mr. D’s, 5622 Grand Ave. Medical bills have exceeded $400,000.
