Buy or sell at bike swap this weekend

Gear up for spring and Earth Day at the Continental Ski and Bike annual bike swap this weekend.

If you have an old bike in good condition taking up room in a garage, sell it at the swap. Keep 75 percent of the sale price and 25 percent will be donated to United Way of Greater Duluth. Bike experts help price the bikes and volunteers handle the sale.

If you are in the market for new wheels, bikes will be sold from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Drop off bikes for sale between 3-7 p.m. Friday and from 9-10 a.m. Saturday.

St. Luke’s has also donated youth bike helmets which will be given away for free to the first 100 youth at the swap.
