Superior school board officers retain positions

The reorganization of the board planned for Monday night’s special school board meeting didn’t live up to its name.

Board officers kept their positions.

Len Albrecht was re-elected board president. William Rehnstrand retains board vice president, Mary Klun is once again board treasurer. Christina Kintop was re-elected clerk.

Re-elected board members Klun, John Hendricks and Patrick Dorin took the oath of office.

The board also approved its meeting schedule for the 2008-2009 school year and will continue meeting the first and third Mondays of the month. The first Monday of the month is the committee of the whole meeting, and the third Monday is the regular school board meeting. The board also holds its October meeting at Four Corners Elementary School and its April meeting at Northern Lights Elementary School.
