Dining out on Tuesday can help end abuse.
Benna Ford Roush Saleen is sponsoring the fourth annual Dine Out to End Abuse. The Center Against Sexual and Domestic Abuse (CASDA) is partnering with area restaurants to raise awareness and money for services that aid victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault and child abuse.
Dine out for breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the 18 participating restaurants and 10 percent of their food and beverage sales goes to CASDA.
This year’s participating restaurants include A&W, Applebee’s, Big Apple Bagels and Deli, Bridgeman’s Embers in the Mariner Mall, Corbin’s Harbor Inn, Culver’s, Eddie’s World Famous Ribs, The Galley Restaurant at Barker’s Island Inn, Julie’s Family Restaurant, Old Town Bar and Restaurant, The Shack and Thirsty Pagan Brewing in Superior. In South Range you can dine at Rapids Riverside and in Duluth, visit Baja Billy’s Cantina & Grill, Drydock Bar and Restaurant, Sir Benedict’s Tavern on the Lake, Tejas Texas Grill & Saloon and the Top of the Harbor, Radisson Hotel.
CASDA has been providing supportive services for victims and survivors of abuse in the Twin Ports and northwest Wisconsin for more than 20 years. If you would like more information about the Dine Out or CASDA services, call 392-3136 or visit www.casda.org.
