TOMAHAWK, Wis. — Law enforcement authorities are looking for a central Wisconsin woman with the early effects of dementia who was last seen in Douglas County.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported that 77-year-old Lena Kriesant left her town of Bradley home Friday morning to go to the store and didn’t return.
Sheriff’s office spokesman Michael Caylor said she apparently drove northwest from there because her credit card was used at about 6:10 a.m. Saturday in Solon Springs. He said she pumped gas, and the station attendant reported she was confused.
Caylor said deputies are worried for her safety.
Kreisant is driving a 2002 Chevy Venture van, with the Wisconsin plate 285HVX. She is described as 5 feet tall, weighing about 110 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information on Kreisant's whereabouts is asked to call the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at (715) 453-5747 or (715) 536-6272, or contact your local law enforcement agency.
