VanAlstine Boxing Club in action Saturday night

The Adam VanAlstine Amateur Boxing Club will be competing in Saturday Night Boxing at Uppercut Gym in Minneapolis at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

Tickets are $12 and $15, and are available at www.uppercutgym.com. Tickets can also be purchased at the door the night of the event.

AVA boxers scheduled to appear (subject to change) are: Cole Wrazidlo, Anthony Griffin, Bob Niemyer, Al Sands and Ehab Noreen.

The AVA Amateur Boxing Club will host their debut night of boxing in Duluth on Saturday, May 17.

Amateur fighters from Minnesota and Wisconsin are invited to take part in the event, which will take place at Horton’s Gym, 23 W. First St., Duluth. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with boxing starting at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door.
