Town roads closed to heavy vehicles

Roads in the Town of Oakland will be closed to heavy vehicles as of 12:01 a.m. Monday.

The Oakland Town Board announced the closures, designed to avoid damage from spring road conditions. The closure is for all vehicles six tons and over in gross weight. The only exceptions are school buses, milk trucks, emergency and service vehicles.
