UWS sweeps Stevens Point

Dani Schultz and Kiara De Kezel each had a goal and two assists Saturday afternoon as No. 10-ranked Wisconsin-Superior defeated Wisconsin-Stevens Point 5-2 in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game at Ice Hawks Arena in Stevens Point, Wis.
The Yellowjackets (14-7-2 overall, 11-6-1 NCHA) led 2-0 in the first period on goals from Lynne Larson and De Kezel. Stevens Point (11-9-3, 9-6-3) tied the game 2-2 before UWS recorded the final three goals, including scores by Schultz and Karen Larson in the final four minutes. Winning goalie Megan Leikkari had 33 saves.
