St. Norbert completed a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association series sweep with a 3-1 victory over Wisconsin-Superior Saturday afternoon at Wessman Arena.
The Green Knights led 1-0 after the first period when Wisconsin-Superior’s Brett Wold tied the game at 0:51 of the second. But St. Norbert twice scored off the power play to pull away.
David Jacobson made 24 saves for the Green Knights (14-2-1 overall), while Drew Strandberg stopped 19 for the Yellowjackets (10-6-1, 5-4-1).
