Portions of best-selling author Rebecca Skloot's sold-out talk in Duluth last week are scheduled to air today during the 11 a.m. hour of the Minnesota Public Radio News program "The Daily Circuit."
Skloot, author of “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks," spoke with MPR's Kerri Miller before a capacity crowd of about 2,200 people on Wednesday at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center’s Symphony Hall.
The event was organized by the College of St. Scholastica as part of its centennial observance, and Skloot's book is this year's selection for Duluth’s annual One Book One Community project.
