Days after their state tournament came to an end, several Northland players will take to the Amsoil Arena ice tonight for the St. Luke’s Orthopedics & Sports Medicine All-Star Game.

Hermantown defensemen Jared Kolquist and Brian LeBlanc and forward Jared Thomas, coming off a third consecutive second-place Class A finish, are members of the Duluth All-Star roster, along with Duluth East’s top line of Jake Randolph, Dom Toninato and Trevor Olson and defenseman Nate Repensky. The Greyhounds placed fifth in Class AA. Duluth Marshall forward Judd Peterson and defensemen Jake Bushey and Ryan Gotelaere, who played in the Class A tournament, also will participate.

The Iron Range All-Stars don’t have any players who particpated in this year’s state tournament, but include five players from Grand Rapids and two from Section 7A runner-up Hibbing-Chisholm.

Game time is 7:15 p.m. and will be preceded by a skills competition at 5:45. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and will be available at the door.
