Wisconsin-Superior jumped to a three-goal lead and hung on to defeat St. Norbert 5-3 to sweep its Northern Collegiate Hockey Association series Saturday at Wessman Arena.
Kaiti Graham, Kiara De Kezel and Bailey Lane scored to put the Yellowjackets (17-7-3) in command early in the second period. The Green Knights (13-14) rallied with a pair of goals before Ashlee Olson and Sheryl Kaskiw sealed matters with goals in the third period.
Winning goaltender Shanley Peters stopped 19 shots to raise her record to 10-3-2.
