The 1004-foot Edwin H. Gott entered the Twin Ports early Wednesday morning and tied up at the fuel dock awaiting loading space. Later that afternoon, the Gott headed down to the BN/SF dock to load iron ore pellets. The self-unloader was repowered last winter to enable it to burn ultra-low sulfur fuel. It now is the most powerful and most energy efficient ship on the Great Lakes.
