People in search of their first career or a new career can get free help at monthly seminars beginning Tuesday at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College.

The college plans to hold the seminars from 4-6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at its Superior campus at 600 N. 21st St.

The seminars — facilitated by WITC career specialist Kelly Mullan — are to help people of any age choose the most appropriate career for them and what educational options are available.

Through self-evaluation, personality and employability assessments, a career interest inventory, a look at labor market trends and goal setting, participants are better equipped to make career choices.

To register, call WITC at (715) 394-6677 and dial 0 for the operator. Online career assessment is also available at witc.edu/career, where a 10-minute questionnaire can identify what career areas best suit individuals.
