Arizona and Syracuse hung on to the top two spots in the Associated Press top 25 for the sixth straight week, but six new teams entered the poll, which was released Monday.
Top-ranked Arizona (17-0) received 61 first-place votes while No. 2 Syracuse (16-0) picked up the remaining four votes.
Several changes to the poll occurred after 11 ranked teams lost at least one game in the past week.
Wisconsin moved into the top three, Michigan State was fourth and Wichita State rounded out the top five. Villanova, Florida, Iowa State, Oklahoma State and San Diego State made up the rest of the top 10. Ohio State dropped from third to No. 11.
Duke, which dropped out of the top 10 for the first time since 2007 last week, fell further this week from 16th to No. 23.
No. 19 Cincinnati, No. 20 Creighton, No. 22 Pittsburgh, No. 24 Saint Louis, and Oklahoma and UCLA, which tied for 25th, moved into the rankings. They replaced Oregon, Missouri, Gonzaga, Illinois and Kansas State.
