Tiger basketball teams come up short

The Northwestern High School boys basketball team lost to the Barron Golden Bears 43-34 Thursday night in the NHS gym in Maple.

Trevor Paulus led the Tigers with 12 points. Brayden Bartelt was next with six points, Nate Pearson had five, Alex Tecker four, and Jeffrey Priem and Travis Abrahamzon had three apiece; and Carter Shelafoe made a free throw.
