Spartan boys win second straight

After snapping an 11-game losing streak on Friday with a win over Amery, the Superior High School boys basketball team won its second straight game with a 76-52 win over the Proctor Rails Monday night in the SHS gym.

Jake Libal led the Spartans with a game-high 24 points. Brett Lozon added 13 points and Connor Gray had nine.

Henry Habermann led Proctor with 15 points.

Superior plays at Duluth East Tuesday night.
