Bradford, returning from a knee injury that sidelined him last season, was 9-of-12 passing for 101 yards and connected on an 11-yard touchdown pass to Lance Kendricks in the second quarter for St. Louis.

Rodgers completed 11 of 13 passes for 128 yards and a 3-yard, first-quarter scoring strike to Green Bay running back Randall Cobb.

Defensive end Michael Sam had his first sack for the Rams, tackling Packers quarterback Matt Flynn for a 10-yard loss in the fourth quarter.

The Rams likely lost running back Isaiah Pead for the season with an apparent torn ACL after he planted his foot awkwardly during a kickoff in the first quarter.

Green Bay hosts its first preseason game Friday against Oakland.

  • Rams backup running back Isaiah Pead likely will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL in his left knee, which buckled at the end of a 33-yard kickoff return in the first quarter. He was helped off the field and carted away for tests.
  • Packers tight end Brandon Bostick was sidelined with a lower leg injury in the first quarter.
