HSDC needs help after rescue

The Humane Society of Douglas County is reaching out to the community following the rescue of more than a dozen animals from a Foxboro farm. The animals were surrendered Saturday after a search warrant served at the residence revealed the horses, goats, dogs and birds were not provided with food, water, and in the case of the birds, shelter.
