Eagle boys soar over Lakers

The Solon Springs boys basketball team improved to 3-1 Monday night with a 67-45 nonconference victory over Shell Lake.

The Eagles scored 18 points in the first quarter and 20 in the second to lead 38-23 at half time.

Seniors Austin Khalar and Daniel Gengenbach had seven points apiece in the first quarter to lead Solon Springs to an 18-6 advantage.
